I had the chance to try the chocolate and strawberry flavored Boost Glucose control Shakes and liked both flavors. They had natural taste with little or no aftertaste either. Conveniently individually packaged shake/supplement drinks were easy to take on the go and still fit in your car/truck/van/vehicle cup holder , Which is great because in America we are constantly on the go. As far as the smooth texture and satisfaction of the vitamins & minerals I'm getting in one convenient drink , I can also rest assured that sugar is 0 to hardly any while not skimping on taste , texture , satisfaction of cravings. I highly recommend this and the other flavors to anyone looking for great tasting & and high-quality results for helping to monitor their blood glucose.

The biggest problems with other brands are the taste and some have a chalky taste. This boost is creamy and in my opinion taste like a strawberry milkshake with whipped cream. The only reason for a 4 star rating is because it is a little too sweet for my liking. If you're watching your weight or diabetic, I would recommend drinking one of these a day. I received this complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest review.

I was pleasantly surprised as the taste was very nice and not chalky in any way. I can't speak on the effectiveness of the product. Because I haven't had any lab work done and I haven't been drinking. It consistently, but I will buy this again in the near future.
