The Boost Plus rich chocolate tastes phenomenal in my coffee! Not bitter or chalky tasting like some proteins can be. This one makes a perfect chocolate frappe! It's a great way to make sure I get the protein I need in a day and taste great to boot!

Not for diabetics or people with high cholesterol

Its a good product if you need to maintain your weight and are on a restricted diet, but I wish they could leave out the canola oil. It delivers on its promise to help you maintain your weight, but the ingredients leave much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend for diabetics, or people who need to watch their sugar and cholesterol. The taste is really sweet and the consistency is super thick. I personally didn't love the gritty, but it definitely is a temporary solution for people who need it.
