Each carton of BOOST^® Max Drinks contains 30 g of high-quality protein. The sources of protein are milk protein concentrate, milk protein isolate, calcium caseinate and whey protein concentrate.

What is the amount of carbohydrate and what are the sources of carbohydrate in BOOST® Max Drinks?

Each carton of BOOST^® Max Drinks contains 4g of carbohydrate (Very Vanilla flavor) and 6 g of carbohydrate (Rich Chocolate flavor). There are no added sources of carbohydrates; however, the carbohydrates come from the milk proteins, flavors ingredients and the cocoa powder used in the chocolate flavor.

What is the recommendation for storage once the BOOST® Max Drinks bottle is opened?

Once opened, unused portions of BOOST^® Max Drinks should be tightly covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours. As we do not have ambient open storage studies, we would not recommend drinking a product that has been opened and left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours.

Helps Full-fill My Daily Protein Requirement

There are at least 2-ingredients that i know of that shouldn’t be in this Boost Drink which is Canola Oil & Carrageenan-Instead of Canola Oil why not Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is healthy? and, why is Carrageenan an ingredient ? i’m just saying🤷‍♀️

I gave this 4 stars because the texture is a bit thin for my preference I love that this is shel-stable so I can store and transport unopened shakes without worrying about refrigeration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many protein drinks over the years. They about taste the same. A little bit chalky. Some taste better than others to a small degree. I must say sadly Boost max is no exception. Honestly can’t say that this is remarkable in any way to any other protein drink. With the exception that this has a a bit more protein than some. 30g of protein is great. I try to get 30g for every meal. I aim for 90g a day. So to have a drink that gives 30g is great. 160 calories not bad either. So in that respect that’s a plus. I recommend this product for protein amount but not for flavor. I was gifted Boost Max from Boost and Influenster for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well my husband drank one at work and he said the taste was very good and it lasted the whole day, he wasn’t hungry until he got home, my son drank another one and said he likes the flavor and it give him energy too and I can say the same, taste is very good and it lasts a long time, it gave me energy too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received three bottles of Nestle BOOST Max for free from @Nestle and @Influenster for my honest review of the product. Each bottle contains 30 grams of protein in the 11 fl oz container. I find it odd that with everything they put in this drink that it lacks any dietary fiber. It has a large amount of 26 vitamins and minerals, especially noting the 60% of one’s daily Vitamin D recommended and 40% for calcium. The flavor I received is called “rich chocolate,” however I found it not to taste rich at all. In fact, the fourth ingredient is cocoa processed with alkali which is likely why it doesn’t taste very chocolately. Processing with alkali will reduce the chocolatey flavor. Maybe they should use dark chocolate instead. I also found it to have a powered after taste which wasn’t particularly enjoyable. If one is not able to keep food down, I can see this to be a usual way to receive protein, vitamins and minerals but I wouldn’t call it particularly satisfying.

I love that it contains 30 grams of protein in a serving. This shake has 160 calories which is an average amount that I’ve found for protein shakes.
