Carb count falls within a range that’s acceptable for my dietary needs. My only issue is taste … these do have that typically “protein shake” aftertaste that I’m not particularly fond of.

A lot of protein drinks taste pretty fake but the chocolate flavor is actually pretty tasty. I like that it contains 30 grand of protein to help keep me full. It is low in calories, only 160 per 11 ounce container. The texture of the drink is nice too, not too thick or thin. I don't have these types of drink often, but when I do, I will reach for Boost Glucose Control Max Protein drink in rich chocolate again.
