I found them to be a delicious pick me up for late in the afternoon and the size is convenient to take on the go. I quite enjoyed the vanilla flavor and shaking them up before drinking made them feel like a mini milkshake after being refrigerated. My only complaint is that I need more of them! I will go out and purchase some of these because I miss them now that they’re gone! I would love them in chocolate and strawberry too!

It is an 8 ounce carton that contains 190 cal, 16 g of protein and 4 g of sugar. It is very sweet. This is not something I would recommend as a protein supplement as it is small in size and high in calories would be good to have on site for diabetics in the household.

I find that it can replace a meal mid afternoon and still kept me full til dinner. I also tried this as a replacement meal for morning by blending ice my boost and berries and it was very filling. There are 16 g of protein and 4 g of sugar. The total fat is 7 g which seems a little high, but this is a great nutritional supplement and you feel full.
