Pregnant and breastfeeding women have increased requirements for protein as well as iron, zinc, vitamins A & C and B vitamins, including thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, B12 and folic acid. Each bottle of BOOST® Women nutritional drink provides at least 20% of the Daily Value for these vitamins and minerals plus an excellent source of protein. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your obstetrician or health care provider to determine if BOOST® Women nutritional drinks are appropriate for you.

Although BOOST® Women nutritional drinks are designed for women, the nutritional drink contains essential nutrients suitable for all genders.

I absolutely will recommend these to the ladies I know! Their delicious and helpful! Tastes like the Nestle hot chocolate! Minus the heat ofcourse. It's helped me A LOT lately with the monthly just not the protein. That's ok though! I love them!

We love the women's boost. The flavor is rich and helps nourish the body after a work. I like the fact that it is lower in calories than some of the other boost products. Sadly, I have not been able to find it on my store shelves over the last 2 months.

Vitamin E toxicity!

I drink 1 a day. I got blood work done &I had vitaminE toxicity. It causes fatigue bleeding &stroke. I looked at the back of this bottle & it has 100% vitamin E. If u drink 1 you shouldnt have anymore vitaminE the rest of the day.Be careful!
