Directions

  • In a blender or food processor combine the 1 carton BOOST® Max Chocolate Nutritional Shake, chia seeds, frozen berries, cacao powder and berries. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer contents of the blender to a container or containers if preportioning and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours to thicken.
  • Serve with toppings of your choice.
