Ingredients

BOOST® High Protein Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla

½ cup

water

½ cup

rolled oats

½ tsp

cinnamon

½ tsp

vanilla extract 

1 tsp

chia seeds

2 tbsp

pasteurized liquid egg whites

1 tsp

flax seeds, ground

1 tbsp

chopped almonds

Directions

  1. Combine BOOST® High Protein Drink and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and add oats and cinnamon. 

  1. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until oats are fully cooked. Add vanilla, chia seeds and egg white, stirring to combine, cooking for an additional 2 minutes. 

  1. Top with flax seeds and almonds. 

  1. Enjoy!
