BOOST® High Protein Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla

vanilla extract 

3 tbsp

vegetable oil

cooking spray

sliced banana; optional

strawberry; optional

Greek yogurt, plain; optional

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk BOOST® High Protein Drink, eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil. 

  1. Pour wet into dry mixture, stirring until just combined.  

  1. Preheat a waffle maker. Spray with cooking spray.  

  1. Scoop approximately 1/3 cup batter into the waffle maker, cooking as per manufacturer’s directions. 

  1. Top with bananas, strawberries and Greek yogurt. 

  1. Enjoy!
